Be Snack Conscious!
Most brides find themselves nervous and uptight about planning the most important event of their life. This will many times lead to snacking on comfort food to ease anxiety. Avoid this by always having healthy snacks on hand. Grapes or apples sliced and put in a resealable bag is a good choice, or make a smoothie with fruit, yogurt and a little protein powder to sustain your appetite between meals.

Get Up and Move!
Just an extra twenty minutes of added exercise a day will increase your metabolism and help burn off added fat. Set your alarm a little earlier in the morning and jump start your day with a swift walk or some yoga. When you are out and about, take the stairs instead of the elevator. In parking lots, park your car so that you have to walk a distance to the door. It is a proven fact that along with weight loss, exercise will release endorphins that decrease stress and improves mood. Even though you will wake earlier, you will find that you have more energy.

Drink Lots of Water!
Water helps the body to eliminate stored fat by flushing out the toxins. It also will help you to feel more full, therefore you won’t be tempted to reach for extra calories. Drinking water will keep you hydrated and also speeds up your metabolism. Be sure to drink at least 4-5 16 ounce water bottles a day, and more if you are exercising.
