Oven Roasted Broccoli
1 large bunch of broccoli
2-3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse broccoli and cut into preferred size pieces. Pour olive oil and salt in large bowl. Add broccoli and toss until well coated. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread broccoli across foil. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
